Life in the Time of Covid-19: Coping During the Pandemic

How daily life has changed for us all.

Like many others I find myself managing anxiety, worry and the occasional bout of panic.  I think at the top of my list in managing these feelings is to first accept them.  Suppressing and denying emotions takes enormous energy.  In the best of times, this energy, once freed, can be put to better use.  At the time of a major health risk, it can be the difference between staying well and falling ill.

With this in mind, here are some links to articles that might help with coping during this unusual time.  PsychCentral is an interesting site with articles covering many different aspects of psychology, psychotherapy, counselling and coaching.

During the coronavirus lockdown, I am able to offer online sessions using doxy.me which does not require clients to download software. Doxy.me provides a private and secure platform for therapy sessions and can be accessed using smart phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
